Eric McRae

Eric McRae is an Ottawa, Canada-based entrepreneur, mentor, and business coach who supports startups in taking concepts to reality. He founded MBO Co-Working in 2014, where he hosts weekly community activities designed to inspire and support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. As a serial entrepreneur, Eric is a founding partner with Breather.com and Founders Coach. He provides his expertise to clients such as the Government of Canada and companies across the Telecommunication, Technology, Banking, and Media industries.

A Startup Advisor and Instructor with Invest Ottawa, Eric brings hands-on expertise in guiding early-stage companies through the critical phases of growth. He also serves as a Mentor Advisor with both Immigrant Entrepreneurship and Futurpreneur, helping diverse founders build sustainable businesses and access the resources they need to succeed.
Specializing in service delivery operations, Eric is recognized for his expertise in business development, coaching, and startup mentorship — making him a trusted voice for entrepreneurs across Canada and beyond.

Sheri Gagnon

Sheri Gagnon is a strategic advisor and communications and engagement for the Government of Canada. She contributes to policy and digital transformation as well as leads the Community of Practice for Advanced Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Sheri has a passion for understanding how cultures around the world engage and practice in their healing traditions, and has teachings from North America, Peru, and Hawaii. Combining her career experience and experiential learnings, Sheri brings human connection and collaborative engagement to support others on their learning journey.
